What is Does:

• Uses ISBN’s to retrieve book covers, author, title and publisher data from the Open Library database and display them in your posts, pages and sidebars.
• Example below

How it works:

• After installing and activating the plugin, add an ISBN to your page in this format:
  [openbook booknumber="184195828X"]

• Open Book was developed by John Miedema. More information at his web site.

Example:

You can write a short review of this book or add any other information that you want to have wrap around the image.

Clicking on the book cover or title takes user back to the Open Library database. Try it!

And by the way, this is a terrific book if you’re interested in the history of Australia.
